Processor: Intel Core i5 2.7Ghz or AMD FX 6-core. Please note the VRAM requirements for 4K, which is 6GB+, meaning that AMD's R9 Fury and Nano series GPUs will be unable to max out the title at 4K, since they all have only 4GB of VRAM. Thankfully the developers have also provided us with a set of recommended specifications for 4K and 1080p separately, giving us a clear indication of what kind of hardware we are expected to have to run the game. The game will require 8GB of system memory minimum and requires a minimum of a GTX 650Ti or an R7 260X with 2GB of VRAM. Right now the PC version of Gears of War Ultimate Edition is expected to be a good one, with the game having been confirmed to be using DirectX 12, support DX12 Asynchronous compute for higher performance and a built in benchmarking utility.
